- Mark visits the site and looks at where the birds are roosting and getting in.

Do you work with strata and building managers?

Will netting and spikes ruin how the building looks?
Modern bird proofing is far less obtrusive than people expect. Netting and spikes are matched to the structure and fitted to do the job without drawing the eye, and the alternative, a roof and frontage covered in droppings, is the bigger eyesore.
Why not just scare the birds off?
Scaring devices and one-off clean-ups move birds along for a short while, then they return to the same roost. Physical exclusion with netting, spikes and proofing removes the perch and the access, so the problem is solved for the long term rather than managed week to week.
